There’s a lot of good press about the mediterranean diet. It’s been proven to help people lose weight and stay healthy. What’s more, it’s been proven over centuries by by people living in the variety of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Perplexingly, this diet is high in fat, but these fats do not seem to affect the health of those eating a mediterranean diet.
