The folks from Kraft have made a new meal replacement bar. Jennifer Scott from about weightloss has sampled it and written about it in her column.

“I was pleasantly surprised by this bar! While you shouldn’t eat these every day on the South Beach Diet, they’re perfect to grab if you’re on the go and don’t’ have time to sit down for a meal.
If you’re not watching your waistline, this bar could also be used as a treat or snack. It has nutritional benefits to boot, so why not indulge?”
