Lose Weight With Exercise And Eat What You Want

Like Jackie Chan? Who doesn’t! The king of kung-fu has some valuable advice on eating and weight loss.

“Eat just about anything you want, but you must exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle!

This valuable tip comes from none other than international kung-fu movie star Jackie Chan.

“You can eat anything you want, but you must keep exercising at least 30 to 35 minutes daily.

“This is to keep your body in fighting-fit condition,” said the star of Hollywood blockbusters ‘Rush Hour’, ‘Rush Hour 2’ and ‘Shanghai Knights’.

“Youths, nowadays, spend hours in front of the computer or use the cell phone to send messages while eating unhealthy foods like ice-cream and chocolate.

“Although they have the time to exercise, they do not. This is an unhealthy lifestyle.

“Why use the escalator when you can walk… this is to keep fit,” said the affable Chan.”

I must say that this is great advice. Why should you have to starve yourself just to get slim. (It wouldn’t work anyway, but that’s a topic for another blog post). If you did the right amount of exercise, your weight loss problems would be a thing of the past.
