Exercises you can do at your desk

I did a new workout that involves lots of challenging wrestling moves and it has worked muscles that I haven’t worked in a long time. So now I’m in need of a good strech. I stumbled across these exercises, which I have just completed, and I must say, they’ve taken the edge off my aches!
